The Strides Beauty mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by One&Oh Beauty Inc. Using the Service means you agree to these Mobile Terms. We may modify or cancel the Service, or these Mobile Terms, at any time; continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

By opting in to our SMS/text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of Strides Beauty at the mobile number you provided, even if that number is on a state or federal do-not-call list. Messages may be sent using automated technology and may include order updates, account alerts, promotions, and cart reminders.

Signing up for texts is not required to make a purchase, and your consent isn't a condition of any purchase — participation is entirely voluntary.

We don't charge for this Service, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency varies.

You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to our messaging number, or via the unsubscribe link in any message. You'll get a one-time confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. If you're subscribed to more than one of our messaging programs, you'll need to opt out of each separately unless required otherwise by law.

We may change the phone number or short code used for this Service and will try to notify you; messages sent to an outdated number may not reach us.

Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You're responsible for providing an accurate mobile number and updating it if it changes.
